Affiliate Program Terms and Condition
Preamble
These affiliate terms and conditions (“Terms”) define the rights and obligations between FINOTOR INNOVATION LIMITED (“Finotor”) and any company or entrepreneur wishing to become an affiliate (“Affiliate”). These Terms apply to all Affiliates, regardless of their country of residence or operation.
By applying to the affiliate program, the Affiliate fully accepts these Terms, which may be modified at any time by Finotor, subject to prior notification. The Affiliate agrees to be informed of any changes via the email address provided during registration or any other relevant communication method.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Finotor affiliate program, the Affiliate must be a legally registered company or independent entrepreneur, regardless of the country. The Affiliate must provide valid and up-to-date information on their legal status during registration.
2. Purpose
Finotor offers the Affiliate the opportunity to promote its accounting solutions in the form of a SaaS Software as a Service) application, providing simplified finance and accounting management for entrepreneurs through a unique referral link. The Affiliate will earn commissions based on subscriptions generated through their recruitment efforts, according to the compensation model described below.
3. Compensation Model
The Finotor affiliate program operates on a three-level cascading compensation model, as follows:
3.1 First Level (Direct Recruitment)
– Finotor Starter : No immediate commission. However, the user is tracked to credit the Affiliate with the commission once they become a paying customer.
– Finotor Lite (70% of the monthly subscription fee – €13.30/month).
– Finotor Business (30% of the monthly subscription fee – €29.70/month).
3.2 Second Level (Indirect Recruitment)
15% on subscriptions from customers recruited by first-level affiliates (€2.85/month for Finotor Lite and €14.85/month for Finotor Business).
3.3 Third Level (Indirect Recruitment)
5% on subscriptions from customers recruited by second-level affiliates (€0.95/month for Finotor Business and €4.95/month for Finotor Lite).
3.4 Performance Bonuses
Acquisition:
– 5 to 9 new Finotor BUSINESS 1st level subscribers in a month: €100 bonus.
– 10 or more new Finotor BUSINESS 1st level subscribers in a month: €150 bonus.
Retention:
– An Affiliate who maintains at least 5 active Finotor BUSINESS 1st level subscribers for at least 6 months receives a €300 bonus.
3.5 Payment
Commissions are paid monthly to the Affiliate via bank transfer or another payment method validated by Finotor, provided the Affiliate has reached a minimum commission threshold of €50. If this threshold is not met by the end of a month, commissions will be carried over to the next month until the total amount to be paid reaches or exceeds €50.
Commissions are calculated and paid on the 15th of the month following the period in which they were earned. If this day falls on a non-working day, payment will be made on the next working day. The Affiliate is responsible for

providing up-to-date banking information for smooth payment processing. Finotor will not be liable for any delay or failure in payment due to incorrect information.
4. Affiliate Obligations
4.1 The Affiliate agrees to:
Promote Finotor in a fair, legal, and ethical manner.
Not use deceptive marketing methods or spam.
Comply with all applicable laws in their country of operation regarding advertising, taxation, and data protection.
Finotor reserves the right to terminate the affiliate agreement if the Affiliate fails to meet these obligations or engages in behavior deemed unethical or contrary to the objectives of the affiliate program.
4.2 Affiliate Dashboard
Upon approval of their registration, each Affiliate will receive secure access to a personal dashboard protected by a unique ID and password. This dashboard allows the Affiliate to track real-time sales, the number of customers recruited, active subscriptions, and a detailed calculation of commissions.
The Affiliate is responsible for the security of their login information and agrees not to disclose it to third parties. In the event of loss or theft of login credentials, the Affiliate must immediately notify Finotor so new access information can be provided.
4.3 Abuse and Termination for Cause
Finotor reserves the right to terminate, without prior notice, any affiliate agreement in cases of confirmed or suspected abuse. Abuse includes, but is not limited to:
– Creating multiple or fake accounts to artificially generate commissions or bonuses.
– Using referral links or accounts in a way that contradicts the intended purpose of the affiliate program, such as leveraging the program to reduce personal subscription costs without genuine promotion of Finotor.
Any actions designed to exploit program rules or loopholes for personal gain.
In such cases, Finotor reserves the right to:
– Suspend or cancel the payment of commissions or bonuses deemed to have been generated through abusive practices.
– Request the reimbursement of amounts improperly received by the Affiliate.
– Each case will be reviewed individually, and Finotor retains full discretion to take action necessary to preserve the integrity of its affiliate program.
5. Changes to the Terms
Finotor reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon notification to the Affiliate. If the Affiliate continues to use the affiliate program after the modification of the Terms, it will be deemed as acceptance of the new Terms.
The Affiliate is required to regularly check for updates to the Terms on the Finotor platform.
6. Termination
The Affiliate may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice via email to info@finotor.com. Finotor may also terminate the Affiliateʼs participation, with immediate effect, in the event of a breach of these Terms or conduct deemed harmful to the companyʼs image.
7. Intellectual Property
Finotor grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Finotorʼs logos, trademarks, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Finotorʼs services. Any misuse or unauthorized use may result in legal action and immediate termination of the agreement.
7.1 Affiliate Commitment
The Affiliate agrees not to share, display, distribute, transmit, publish, or link to any content that is infringing, defamatory, racist, anti-Semitic, or otherwise unlawful, or that could harm Finotorʼs reputation (Finotor brand, finotor.com, FINOTOR INNOVATION LIMITED).
The Affiliate also agrees not to infringe upon privacy rights, harass or threaten others, transmit computer viruses, interfere with or restrict the optimal use
of finotor.com or third-party resources.
Additionally, the Affiliate agrees not to purchase the keyword ‘FINOTOR’ using exact match, phrase match, or broad match on Google Ads and/or Bing Ads.
8. Limitation of Liability
Finotor shall not be held liable for any indirect or special damages suffered by the Affiliate in connection with the affiliate program, including, but not limited to, loss of income, profits, or data.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ireland, where Finotor is based, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dublin, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
